Sales Operations Coordinator
DigiPlex are experiencing increased demand for services; the Sales Operations Coordinator will support DigiPlex' endeavors to meet ambitious growth plans. The position will be part of the Sales organisation working across the entire Sales team, supporting efforts to meet aggressive growth objectives through a hands-on approach to delivering a highly efficient and automated sales process. This position requires exceptionally strong business English skills and a minimum of five years' experience from a comparable position/role.
DigiPlex offers an opportunity to become a vital part in the organisation in establishing and developing bid and sales processes, as well as identifying areas for improvements and driving improvement projects.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Practical support to the Team leader
- Supporting sales with deal shaping and, in some cases, contracting
- Ensuring process compliance including approval and sign-off process
- Responsible for Sales aspects of CRM
- Develop sales reporting structure and tools, primarily based on CRM
- Support the Sales team with Bid management
- Ensuring appropriate sales support material is up to date
- Establishing and maintaining an updated bid intelligence library

Qualifications:
- At least a bachelor's degree from relevant field, such as economics, engineering, business administration or equivalent
- Minimum five years relevant working experience (e.g. key account management, sales support, services industry sales administration, procurement, process development)
- Analytical, conceptual and creative abilities to solve problems and support decisions
- Process minded
- Fluent business English
