Technical Lead Onboarding

About the job
Onboarding is a department within Cloud Delivery and is responsible for all onboarding projects. We ensure a streamlined delivery of our main products and identify initiatives to standardize and automate.
We hope you are interested in exploring new ideas and implementation of cloud technology to tailor customer solutions (eg. Azure or Google compute cloud) You will be an advisor in projects and for our technicians, and you will have technical ownership and mandate to make necessary changes.
Work tasks and responsibilities:
- Be a technical resource that works closely with project managers, project members and the customer.
- Have the overall technical advisory responsibility in the assigned projects
- Be a main driver in various meetings within the project
Work experience from several areas within:
- Experience from both projects and operations
- Experience from tech pre-sales, solution architecture, creating the best solution for the customer based on criteria, price, and performance
- Knowledge of how hardware affects performance in networks and virtual environments
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Microsoft ActiveDirectory / AzureAD / WSUS / O365
- Hybrid - VMware / Microsoft Azure / Google Cloud Platform
Personal qualifications:
- Reliable, responsible and independent
- A natural technical leader with good communication and presentation skills
- You are structured in your deliveries and understand the importance of documentation
- Analytical and commercial mind set, and you know how to manage and influence stakeholders to find the best customer solution
Formal Qualifications:
- Education within one or more directions: Information Technology, Programming or similar. Extensive competence may compensate for formal education.
- Experience from the oil and gas industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Minimum 5-8 years' experience in a similar position
- Master the Norwegian and English language, both written and oral
- Registered address and labor permit in Norway
