InflowControl is seeking a problem-solving Mechanical Engineer with a flexible mindset to join our Engineering team.
We are looking for someone who thrives in producing quality work in a fast-paced environment who values both cross-department teamwork and independent work. You are structured, self-driven, flexible, solution-oriented and proactive in addressing problems and challenges.

With us, you will have the opportunity to:- Collaborate with partners and oversee suppliers at a technical level to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
- Create and refine 3D designs and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks
- Support manufacturing and business development department with technical expertise
- Design tools for manufacturing and ensure designs are production-ready, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., welding, machining)
- Work closely with business development to ensure customers receive the best-suited solutions
- Adhere to company and industry standards in all design work
- Visit suppliers or partners as needed to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Address and resolve challenging customer requests for customized solutions
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, or a similar field
- Is skilled in using 3D design tools and FEA (such as SolidWorks)
- Understands manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and material selection and can create detailed technical drawings for manufacturing
- Has experience with procedures, standards, and documentation (preferred) and approaches tasks methodically and with structure
- Has knowledge of fluid mechanics and process design (beneficial)

- Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills across disciplines
