We are establishing a Corporate IT Department in Altera Infrastructure and we now are recruiting for this newly established role.

We are looking for a candidate that is flexible, self-driven and motivated by learning. We work in a matrix organization where initiative and empowerment are important.
Some of the things you will be accountable for:
- Responsible for IT support of assigned applications, interfaces and reports
- Coordinates the problem resolution and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure data integrity and performance as well as implement enhancements/fixes
- Apply IT methodologies for issue management, testing and change management
- Administer routine and non-routine procedures for application use and security access
- Monitor KPIs and gathers performance metrics for the systems assigned
- Maintains documentation for application support procedures
- Coordinate with the applicable Functional Owners to test, implement and support solutions

What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years relevant experience within application support of large business applications
- Experience working with application vendors and documenting interface and report specifications
- Experience documenting, installing and configuring enterprise-level software packages
- Proven experience coordinating application deployments across multiple stakeholder groups including system owners, IT, and users
- Strong ability to coordinate and flourish vendors/partners relationships
- Experience working in an environment with issue management and change management
- Experience working writing SQL and reports/dashboards
- Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently, when required
- Excellent verbal and written English, comfortable delivering presentations and leading meetings
