As our Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Generate and interpret financial reports, advising top management on further actions.
- Preparation of consolidated monthly and annual reports, including tax calculations.
- Uphold and enhance Brav’s transfer pricing policies, collaborating with auditors for effective financial monitoring.
- Develop PowerBI or similar BI skills for accurate visual analysis and support Sustainability Reporting, ensuring CSRD and ESG compliance.
- Lead improvement projects for accounting processes.
- Analyze sales, margin, costs, etc., against business plans and identify continuous cost reduction opportunities.
- Oversee the annual budget process and provide analytical support to business units, enhancing financial understanding and contributing to organizational strategy development.
- Manage liquidity and risk,including hedging of currency risk
- Adhere to BRAV’s leadership principles and ensure the team embodies BRAV’s values.
Qualification Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in both native and English language, both verbal and written.
- Minimum Master’s degree in Finance or a related field. Professional certifications like CFA/CPA are a plus.
- Proven working experience in Finance, Controlling, Auditing, or similar roles, showcasing a deep understanding of statutory legislations and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams, ensuring effective financial processes. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
- Proficient in using accounting and BI systems.
