This is what you will do:
- Develop sales and channel strategies and roadmaps to grow our member base and revenues
- Take main responsibility for development and execution across all sales channels including e.g.:

Coordinate a cross-functional team to operationally run and improve website, including e.g. CRO optimization, UI/UX, technical performance, content

Plan, implement and manage offline showrooms

Work closely with SATS’ Sales Managers to leverage SATS clubs, customer service and corporate customers as an acquisition channel

Develop strategy for, acquire and nurture B2B partnerships

Identify, broker, implement and manage external retail/offline partnerships

Lead sales forecasting
- Define performance metrics and assist development of analytics dashboards and sales reporting
- Continuously monitor metrics and identify areas to address, and implement analytical and creative solutions to improve channel mix, performance and member acquisition journeys
- Work closely with marketing, operations, technology and other business areas to deliver excellent, on-brand member acquisition journeys and meet our business goals
