Business Process Developer

The Business Process Developer is a new position in the company that will have a central role in the review and further development of Gearbulk's processes and management systems, in particular the Business Management System (ISO 9001:2015). This will be done in close cooperation with key positions worldwide.
This position is an interesting and challenging opportunity for you who like to drive processes optimizations and are looking for a key role in value-adding digitalization projects. You are self-driven and proactive with a strong focus on continues performance development and a likeable professional with experience from facilitating and training others. If you can see the big picture as well as have attention to structure and details, you can be the right person for this role.
We are looking for a dedicated professional who:
- Has experience from QMS projects, including development of processes and procedures.
- Has auditor experience
- Is well versed with ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015
- Knows how to inspire and challenge others to optimize work processes and systems
- Is result oriented and self-driven
- Believe in team-work, collaboration and knowledge sharing
Successful candidates have higher education within economics/logistics/quality systems and relevant experience with implementation of QMS systems and auditing. Experience with Lean and/or Design Thinking is preferred. The company's international character requires good written and oral English language skills.
