ABOUT SHUFL

SHUFL is the shuffleboard Social Club inspired by the 70´s and designed for all players and levels of player ability. SHUFL provides the full shuffleboard experience alongside a tacos inspired menu, high-quality drinks and digital shuffleboard games! Established 6 months ago in Aker Brygge, SHUFL is one of Oslos best shuffleboard gaming venues. We have big plans for SHUFL and it is a brand we want to grow internationally.

THE ROLE

As the new Chef at Shufl Aker Brygge, Oslo, you will be responsible for prepping, cooking and presenting great food while working within a fast paced kitchen.

Working as part of an enthusiastic and creative team you will have the opportunity to influence our menu and work in a growing and exciting environment.

ABOUT YOU

As the new Chef you will be a team player and someone who is passionate about the food they create. You will be proactive in your approach and always looking at ways to improve. Positive, career focused and inclusive you will be used to working in a high tempo environment and ready to help with the growth of the business. Self motivated, efficient and dedicated in your approach you will be a great communicator and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.

EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role

• A good understanding of health and safety and HACCAP

• An understanding of food controls and stock management

• A good knowledge of labour control
