Job description We are looking for an experienced, driven and change focused Office Manager to our newly renovated headquarters in Larvik! You will be a part of a local team, and an international HR and admin department, and your work tasks will be a mix between the two. Our corporate language is English, and it is therefore of high importance that you master it. Your main responsibility is keeping our facilities compliant and at a high standard, administer our Norwegian engagements, facilitate meetings and workshops and be the friendly hub our employee seeks up when in need for help.
Job responsibilities

Input and control of HR data (employees, new employees, terminations)

Procurement, invoice approval and contract administration

Regular evaluation of office supplier agreements

Regular evaluation of benefits and welfare

Car administration
-
Responsible for projects and administration related to offices/premises

Facilitate for workshop/meetings and internal campaigns

Administrate recruitment process in Norway

Norwegian - mother tongue

English -- fluent in oral and in written

Good IT skills (office package and used to work in different systems)

At least 2 years of experience in office administration

Administrative/HR/financial education

Experience in HR administration is an advantage

Experience in contract management is an advantage

Driver’s license (B class)
Personal attributes You got professional experience in office management or administration, and a relevant education in HR, administration of finance. Experience can compensate for lack of education. For this position, it is of great importance that you have a good ability to work with colleagues, while at the same time having a clear ownership of your work assignments and final results. As a person, we see that you are thorough, well-organized, proactive and you see that the whole is greater than the parts. You have a positive attitude, like to initiate and be a part of change, have a structured way of working and can manage several tasks in parallel. We will put great emphasis on personal suitability.
