Arbeidsoppgaver

🔹 Food Preparation & Cooking

• Preparing ingredients (chopping, marinating, portioning) according to recipes

• Cooking and assembling dishes as per the menu and chef's instructions

• Ensuring food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented properly

🔹 Kitchen Organization & Efficiency

• Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized workspace

• Setting up and breaking down cooking stations before and after service

• Packing and labeling food for transportation to events

🔹 Quality & Safety Control

• Following food safety regulations and hygiene standards

• Storing food correctly and ensuring proper rotation

• Cleaning kitchen tools, equipment, and workstations after use

🔹 Support for Events & Service

• Helping with plating and food presentation at events

• Assisting in food transportation and setup when required

• Responding quickly to instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor
