In February, we will launch a new exciting pizza concept and are looking for a Sous chef for a 100% position, who will be in charge of our new pizza section. We will make pizza inspired by pizza Napolitana. We use biga and the dough gets minimum 48 hours cold ferment. The pizza is cooked in a gas fired rotating Pavesi oven. We focus on quality and use San Marzano tomatoes and fresh mozzarella.
We are looking for you who are structured and have at least 4 years' experience with Italian pizza (from fast pace pizzeria). You have to endure high tempo, and speak good English. You will be responsible for the pizza chefs and make sure that we always serve the best quality to maintain high standard. You will be responsible for training your employees and the daily routines in your section.

The interior of the restaurant is inspired by the book "Around the world in 80 Days" written by Jules Verne in 1873. We take inspiration from all over the world and have a wide menu with something for everyone.
