Following an internal promotion, we are hiring a new Customer System Support Consultant into our Customer Care Team. This Consultant position will be part of a highly competent team who are delivering Customer Information System (CIS) to the energy sector.
We are hiring in Oslo, Trondheim, Hamar, Lillehammer, Førde, and Dale i Sunnfjord.
Key responsibilities:
Provide high quality technical support for customers
- Coordinate customer tickets and tasks
- Analyse, test and solve customers' problems
- Participate in customer meetings
- Document problem solving procedures and usage instructions
- Build customer and stakeholder relationships
Qualifications:
- Well skilled in cooperation and communication.
- Systematic and targeted, with the ability to handle multiple processes simultaneously
- Good knowledge and understanding of technology and business
- Educated to a college or university level
- Programming and coding skills are desired. but no required
- Fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken
Personality traits:
- Be inquisitive about customer needs and have good business understanding
- Take initiative and show responsibility
- Enjoy working independently, but also with teams of colleagues or in close cooperation with customers
- Have a desire and ability to contribute to overall success for the team and business
- Be service-oriented and trustworthy
