JOB PURPOSE:
As the Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and build on existing and future relationships and revenue potential with strategic partners in Europe and Asia. You will work with senior leadership at SeaDream to develop potential partners who interact with our ideal client base. We are looking for an outgoing personality that can work independently and in teams, preferably with a background from a similar position. We offer a professional workplace with highly skilled and experienced colleagues from the cruising/yachting industry.
This is a full-time position answering to the Vice President of Sales.
The position is based at our Norwegian office in Billingstad and will require a certain amount of travel within Europe and Asia.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Establish collaboration with targeted strategic partners to create mutually beneficial relationships that generate additional revenue for SeaDream.
· Responsibility for own portfolio within partner networks.
· Sales activities in collaboration with other resources internally and externally.
· Identify business opportunities through partners.
· Budgeting sales activities.
· Prepare agreements and conduct contract negotiations.
· Develop and maintain customer portfolio.
· Operational sales work with own budget.
ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
· Solid international sales experience.
· Experience in developing commercial partnerships.
· Can document results from similar roles.
· Ability to understand the customers' challenges and develop relevant solutions.
· Can translate strategy into action and result, both in relation to own plans and customer strategies.
· Solid communications skills in English, written and oral, and preferably French, Spanish or German.
· Higher education in marketing, communication, economics or other relevant mercantile education.
