Senior Project Manager
Graphcore has created a completely new processor, the Intelligence Processing Unit (IPU), specifically designed for artificial intelligence. Graphcore's Oslo office has grown from 10 to 50 employees since August 2018 and our plan is to escalate the growth significantly during the next 2-3 years. The company has recently relocated to new offices, seaside in downtown Oslo.

We are looking for a Project Manager for the Oslo software engineering organization, to define and manage the delivery of software products to our customers. You will work closely with Product Management and the internal software engineering team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead approved software projects to delivery for internal and external customers
- Work with product management and software engineering to define and establish a roadmap for software releases
- Define and oversee mechanisms required for the release of software products to customers
- Oversee EULA and licensing issues concerning software products
- Mange change requests and create regular reporting to the project stakeholders
Qualifications:
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years of experience in complex software development projects and their delivery, e.g. including release management (End User License Agreement, security/ IPR reviews)
- Experience with distributed computing and OS/ FW level software tools and development process is a significant advantage
- Proven experience as software developer and in with Agile/ Scrum project methodology
- Excellent communications and presentation skills to technical internal and external audiences
- Experience with machine learning, High-Performance Computing, or software tools for parallel processors is a big plus
