Structural Lead Engineer
As we are now facing an increasing interest for our legacy product portfolio, as well as building a leading position as a provider of offshore renewables solutions, we are looking for senior design engineers.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
We are looking for a candidate who can lead our Structural Design group within the Engineered Solution. The position will be a leading role to develop and position the team to meet the challenges of the future.
The Structural Design team develops solutions using:
- 3D Cad tools
- Autocad
- FEM Static
- FEM Dynamics (Abaqus, LS-DYNA, ANSYS etc)
- Excel Matchcad
- Beam element Program (eg. Staad, StuProg, Colbeam)
Competence:
The candidate(s) should have a Master degree within Structure Analysis and System, and some experience with innovation, research and development work and competencies within some of these areas
- Structural Linear calculations
- Structural non-linear calculations
- Dynamics / Kinematics
- RAO / Response / Loads
- Fatigue
- Scripting / Programming
