We are now strengthening our sales team with a Service Sales Specialists for automation, electrification and digitalization in the Energy Sector in Norway. As a Service Sales Specialist, you will be helping customers improve efficiency, save resources, and reduce emissions that gives our work a powerful sense of purpose.

Your responsibilities
- Build long term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
- Promote and sell ABB service product portfolio that includes service agreement, spare parts, upgrades and digital services.
- Understand, evolve and implement Service Sales Strategy.
- Analysis of technical / commercial information for public and private tenders.
- Responsible for the bid during the whole sales phase. From the lead phase until landing the order.
- Establish and lead bid teams in close collaboration with Account Managers and other sales personnel.
- Complete preparation of the technical and commercial offer, demonstrating ABB's value in the market and verifying that prices are competitive.
Your background
- Engineering degree (BSa, Msc) with the following experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience from Automation and/or Electro branch.
- Experience from engineering and project execution is an advantage.
- Knowledge about market requirements and standards within the industry is positive.
- Experienced candidates will be considered even if the formal education is not according to the requirement above.
- Personal Qualities.
- Management skills.
- Communication skills.
- Structured and quality minded.
- Team spirit and team oriented.
- Fluent Norwegian and English.
