Personal Assistant for the Chief Digital Officer and the Chief Commercial Officer

We are present in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark and have 450 dedicated employees. Now, we are hiring a Personal Assistant in Oslo to support the Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Digital Officer. In terms of personnel, the position reports to CCO. We are located in modern and stylish premises in the centre of Barcode.
What you'll be doing
As a Personal Assistant you will support the CCO and the CDO in their daily work in order to facilitate their work. You will be the point of contact between the members of our Executive Committee and internal/external relations and arrange meetings and organise travel.
You will prepare, support and document the Management team meetings and secure other meetings being properly planned for, prepared and documented, gather material and set the agenda.
In addition to this you will administer agreements and take responsibility for performing other relevant tasks, and be responsible for administration (time reporting, expenses, applications to events, event planning & organising).
You understand and want to contribute to the development of our digital solutions and the business in general. We will bring you close to the operational business and this position can be a great springboard into a career in finance if that is something you want to pursue.

Be able to prioritise and obtain high-class planning and meeting execution. You are effective and efficient in your daily work and are eager to take responsibility and initative for driving relevant tasks through to delivery.
You have proficiency in at least one Scandinavian language and have very good English skills as well as being a problem solver with a flexible mindset and manage a high pace environment.
The team/workplace
The Commercial team is responsible for delivering income according to the strategies and execution of all sales and marketing plans for our own brand re:member and for the portfolios we have in cooperation with the banks and other partners such as LO (SE, DK) and Coop (NO, SE).
The Digital Function is responsible for innovation and digital transformation. Together we build smarter payment and financing solutions for our customers, and improve EnterCards workflows to gain efficiency and quality. We are working at the intersection of business, technology and design. With high attention to design and detail, we strive to deliver outstanding solutions for our end users. We are organized in four departments; Mobile apps and net banks, Open banking and application, Digital communication platforms (Salesforce) and Lean department.
