Founded by three Norwegian chiropractors and mothers, we created the bbhugme® Pregnancy Pillow to support pregnant clients while sleeping. Since then, bbhugme® has grown into a trusted brand for sleep, nursing, and pregnancy solutions.

Bbhugme is a fast-growing company with a global multi-channel footprint:

• The US is our biggest market, driven by Shopify and Amazon, followed by the UK and Scandinavia.

• Our supply chain setup includes manufacturers in Germany and Mexico, sub-suppliers in India and China, and warehouses in the US, UK, and Sweden.

We are seeking an interim Supply Chain and Operations Manager to maintain and develop our global logistics and sourcing setup. This interim role is due to a maternity leave, with the possibility of a permanent position later.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that Bbhugme has quality products available to deliver across all warehouses, channels and markets. You will be responsible for delivery and quality assurance across all parts of the value chain from production, procurement, transportation and warehousing to last mile delivery. You will also play an important role in implementing technical solutions to improve supply chain management and enhance operational efficiency.

● Manage relationships with global manufacturing partners, ensuring timely deliveries and conduct frequent alignment meetings to mitigate supply chain risks.

● Demand Planning and Inventory Management -- in close alignment with the commercial team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory matches the planned demand across all channels and warehouse locations.

● E-commerce and Wholesale Fulfillment - in close collaboration with our 3PL partners, commercial and brand team, you deliver our products profitably across the world with a fantastic customer journey.

● Process Management - you are consistently looking at optimization of our processes in order to continue to work in the most efficient way possible, in a growing environment.

● Cost control - you strategically manage budgets to align with our plans, making necessary adjustments in collaboration with our business partners to ensure financial efficiency.

● Leadership and Management - you are responsible for enabling the growth of the brand. That comes with strong management and strong ability to lead by example.

This is the experience you bring

● 5+ years of Operations and/or Supply Chain Management within a retail environment

● Proven experience with digitalization and integration of Value Chain Operations

● Strong planning and analytical skills

● Experience with managing industry partners. You bring negotiation skills.

● You are solution oriented, flexible and used to working in a dynamic and ever changing environment

● You bring an excellence mentality to the table while leaving a lot of smiles on people's faces.
