Assistant Drilling & Well Supervisor (Night)

Petrolink is looking for a Process Engineer to join the Operational Supervision department that organizes and supplies Drilling and Well Supervisors to drilling and intervention activities on fixed platforms, jack-ups, mobile units and intervention vessels. You will be involved with various offshore projects with different startup dates from December 2024.

Contract location: Offshore, rotation 14/28

Tasks

The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisor (night) is responsible for ensuring that the operations on the drilling rig / intervention site are planned and implemented in accordance with the clients governing documents, goals and strategies, as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. The products are drilled and completed wells, intervention/recompletion of existing/old wells as well as plug and abandonment of wells. The Assistant Drilling and Well Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the product is delivered according to safety standards, compliance with the programs, on schedule, within agreed cost, and in accordance with current work processes.

Qualifications

We are looking for the right candidate with the following qualifications:

Master's degree and 10+ years relevant experience OR
Bachelor's degree and 14+ years relevant experience OR
2+ years higher education and 18+ years relevant experience

Relevant experience may compensate for missing education.

IWCF certified for Drilling and/or Intervention.

IWCF level 3/4, well control certified (IADC certification not accepted).

Experience from offshore operations.

Recent and relevant operational experience in Drilling and Completion operations and/or Intervention operations.

Emergency preparedness and response course.
