Masterdata Onboarding Specialist
We are now offering an exciting role as Masterdata Product Onboarder in our new founded Masterdata team
This is a role in our competent Article Creation team, where the purpose is to onboard Article Data into Elkjøps Masterdata systems, do quality checks, and merge article data into production.
Elkjøp offers state-of-the-art systems and processes where you as part of our team will both be working with onboarding projects (Big data) as well as daily tasks to secure fast time-to-market.
Key tasks:
As an Onboarding Specialists you will ensure quick and easy onboarding of new suppliers and their product catalogues to Elkjøp. You will also drive and support technical and business topics that impact suppliers' Product-onboarding and scalability of the onboarding functionality within the organization.
Elkjøps commercial categories will be your key "customer", and you will work closely with our Product Managers to receive input and documentation on products to onboard.
You will also work towards the supplier's representatives to gather data, and onboard these into our systems, and help the suppliers get operational on Automatic Article Onboarding.
This role is within a team of highly competent colleagues who will help and support each other's in daily operations, and offer all necessary training and practice on the way.
Skills:
To succeed in this role, you must be a service and customer-oriented person who loves solving problems. Your academic background is probably within Engineering and/or Business Management, or you simply just understand system applications and enjoy working with them.
You love master-data, and you love to handle data structured and controlled.
You are self-driven, and take the initiatives needed to achieve our goals.
You understand how complex data are organized and shared across Elkjøps different systems.
You can see and enjoy the commercial benefits of your work.
You speak and write both English and one other Nordic (No, Se, DK, Fi) language well.
