Job description:
The sushi chef at Gjøa will be responsible for establishing a high standard of Japanese sushi and fusion cooking. You have to work effectively, but impeccably, while maintaining strict brand standards and food hygiene standards.
Skills / Qualifications:
Experience as a sushichef
Excellent knife skills and food preparation skills
Excellent precision
Quality conscious, detail oriented and thorough
Creative and motivated
Good English skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Working hours and place of work: Full time, Rosendal
