For our office in Stavanger we now seek an administrative coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Handling office duties, such as answering and routing phones, responding to emails, order travels and hotels, maintaining employee, financial, and client records, and data entry and reporting.
- Developing and implementing new policies, processes and manuals.
- Ensuring that the office is well-maintained, organized, and secure.
- Assist with HR related tasks such as HMS, onboardning, timesheets etc.
- Assist in marketing related tasks such as organising conferences etc.
- Other office related tasks
Qualifications required for the position:
- 3 years of higher education within business/administration
- Min. 2 years experience from similar position, preferably within the oil and gas sector
- Experienced user of IT tools such as Gsuite MS Office etc.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and oral.
