Business Partner for COO in Tryg

Our current Business Partner to the COO is moving on to an exciting position internally in Tryg, and we are therefore looking for a person who can be a trusted advisor and support to our COO.
Coherence from decisions to implementation
The team is called Executive Office and is anchored in Strategy and M&A. The departments are centrally located directly under the Executive Board. Every day, we work to ensure that Tryg's management has the best possible conditions for making the right decisions.
As a Business Partner, you are tasked with looking after the Group's interests and ensuring coherence from decisions in Tryg's Group Executive Management and Board of Directors to implementation in the business. As a Business Partner, you are a trusted advisor and daily support to Trygs COO. Our COO areas cover a broad spectrum in the Group and include both staff functions, IT and business areas. In addition, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating major processes throughout the COO areas, as well as engaging in major strategic projects.
Who are you | What does it take?
You have a master’s degree which you have completed with excellent results.
You have experience in conducting commercial analyses such as industry analysis and
competitive benchmarks. You are comfortable analyzing information, developing and testing hypotheses as well as providing recommendations for Trygs Group Executive Management and the Board of Directors. You have a solid business acumen that you have developed over at least five years relevant experience.
In addition to your direct advisory to our COO, you are able to engage and work throughout out in the organization, where you are empowered to challenge the status quo and ensure that decisions are made in accordance with Tryg's overall purpose, strategy and set of values.
You work independently and proactively. You are trustworthy and a strong communicator who can keep your cool in stressful situations. You are structured and able to seamlessly alternate between detailed analysis and the big picture.
