Your MissionTo support our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking experienced Account Executives to join our dynamic and rapidly growing B2B organization and be a founding member of our newly opened Oslo office. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in helping businesses grow by owning the entire B2B sales cycle , contribute to our growth by opening accounts in the Norwegian market benefiting from an attractive commission structure and plenty of career growth opportunities in B2B Sales & Business Excellence.
In this role, you will:-
Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline

**Business Development:**Drive outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to create new business opportunities

**Consultative Sales:**Conduct in-depth needs assessments to uncover client pain points and tailor solutions

**Account Management:**Build trust and credibility by demonstrating expertise and delivering value

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals

Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial outreach to closing deals

Account Growth: Continuously work to expand and strengthen your accounts, increasing revenue and ensuring customer success with support from the Customer Success department

A solid track record of success in B2B sales.

A proactive, self-driven mindset with a strong work ethic and a genuine ambition to grow in an international environment.

Experience thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

Strong ability to build rapport, earn trust, and nurture client relationships.

Excellent communication skills inNorwegian (both written and verbal), with professional fluency in English.

Screening video call with our Recruitment Team.

First interview with the Hiring Manager.

Second interview (including a short role-play) with the Team Manager.

Reference check and/or short personal assessment.
