Abbott Diagnostics Norway offers the position of Order Entry Specialist
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Handle incoming customers’ orders (telephone, fax, email, electronic orders, standing orders).
- Provides Logistical counsel to dedicated sales representative and customers.
- Support customers in case of questions regarding orders, logistics, pricing, invoicing.
- Processing of orders, controls of delivery, problem solving.
- Back order handling, reservations for non-critical products and information of customers.
- Preparation of reagent standing orders or delivery plans.
- Ensure professional support for cross division shared service responsibilities.
- Administration of instruments flow, responsible for the instrument logistics, instrument order, correct instrument tracking in the instrument tracking system and support the yearly instrument count.
- Spare part inventory handling, ordering, logistics.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record in a similar position or a logistic or a medical laboratory technologist background.
- Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
- Strong communications skills both verbal (incl telephone) and written.
- Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English.
- Good MS Office knowledge.
- Customer oriented mindset.
- Fluent in required local languages, good English skills.
- Strong team player.
