Royal Unibrew is now looking for a passionate and experienced Market Procurement Category Specialist to join our Group Procurement team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in driving strategic procurement initiatives across raw materials, packaging, and indirect spend categories in Norway.

You will report to the Procurement Director for Denmark & Norway and collaborate closely with local and group stakeholders to deliver value, innovation, and sustainability across the supply chain.

You thrive in engaging with a wide range of stakeholders across our global organization. You take initiative to reach out with your questions, ideas, and suggestions and you take pride in building strong relationships with those you interact with both internally and externally.

We are also looking for someone who brings

• A Bachelor’s degree: CIPS or similar professional qualification is a plus.

• Minimum 4 years of procurement and supply chain experience in an international or matrixed organization. Experience in CPG, food, or beverage industries is advantageous.

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, ERP systems, and commodity management.

• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and risk management skills.

• Strong communication and influencing abilities to engage senior stakeholders.

• A collaborative mindset with the courage to challenge and drive change.

• Proven experience in project and change management.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with a passion for continuous improvement.

Your key responsibilities will be

• Drive financial performance and deliver on key procurement KPIs.

• Own and maintain procurement data and reporting for the Norwegian market.

• Implement group category strategies with local relevance and impact.

• Lead sourcing and negotiation activities to meet cost, service, sustainability, and innovation goals.

• Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with circularity and sustainability targets.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive procurement excellence.

• Promote best practices and consistency across procurement processes.

• Stay ahead of market trends, supplier landscapes, and regulatory developments to proactively manage risks and opportunities.
