Grow with Huawei - are you the new Region Implementation Manager?
Responsibility
Below listed this job duty, it requires candidate to accept challenges, grow together with Huawei, and realize their talent in engineering delivery project implementation. Concrete responsibility requirement are as follows:
To be responsible for project delivery management in the whole project delivery period, from project early involvement, preparation, establishment, implementation until project closure as region implementation manager.
Responsible for the region project implementation management from end to end, following the set time plan;
- Manage regional subcontractors, material and internal HR resources to achieve region project target ;
- Follow project management process and carry out regular project meetings, monitor and supervise project operations, Mitigate project risks, the major issue seeks help to project manager and management escalation;
- Maintain smooth communication with customer and internal team. Quick response to customers' requirements and urgent issue handling to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work experience and background requirement:
- Over 3 years communications industry work experience, no less than 2 years wireless/TK and other project management/implementation experiences, candidates with project delivery experience with operators and holds PMP certification will be prioritized.
- Familiar with telecommunications products or engineering business operation and communication engineering construction standards, understands the contract handling, subcontracting, procurement and commercial aspect.
- Has previous experience as large-scale wireless/TK Project Manager, completed the project delivery from project preparation to project closure as the project main owner.
- Ability to use Norwegian, both oral and written, on a negotiation level. Good english level.
- Candidate must be eligible for security clearance by Norwegian Security Authority.
- Strong character and high work capacity during peaks, can adapt to a multi-cultural work environment.
- Customer centricity, has a good teamwork spirit and interpersonal communication skill.
- Has a good objective guidance, with work culture adaptiveness.
Skill requirement:
- familiar with GSM/UMTS/ LTE and other wireless communication basic principles, industry basic communications protocol standards.
- familiar with Radio site construction implementation process/wireless swap process/TK implementation process. Good grasp of local regulations, technical standards and local market operator requirements.
- grasps project management methodology and related financial knowledge; can effectively control the project plan, business operation, quality and risk
- has project bid capability, familiar with related process and law; as well as knowledge of service, commerce and financial aspects.
- good leadership abilities, able to build project team and lead team in objective guided and active cooperation.
- has good understanding, communication skills, able to establish close customers cognition proactively, can profoundly understand and analyze customer needs and can actively manage the customers expectation.
Education requirement:
University degree in telecommunication or electrical/electronic engineering or business school, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
