We are hiring a Marketing Assistant Social Media on a temporary basis for the period November 2020 throughout April 2021. The Marketing Assistant Social Media will report into Head of Digital and PR, which is part of the Marketing Department.
Tasks
Actively assist the brand activation team with major social media campaigns, to further strengthen Findus digital communication and ROI, and consequently strengthen Findus position in the market.
Areas of scope includes planning, implementation and evaluations of major social media campaigns.
- Participate in planning of all social media campaigns
- Responsible for producing digital content, such as short videos and animations, according to strategy and agreed guidelines.
- Assist in campaign implementations, evaluations and optimizations.
- Assist the team on ad hoc when needed.
To succeed in this role, it is essential with experience in developing content for Social Media, such as animations, short videos, and other engaging content. Further, it is desirable that the Marketing Assistant has experience with social media campaign analysis and evaluation.
Essential knowledge/skills/competencies
- Creative and idea-generating
- Visually strong with eye for details
- Basic digital and social media knowledge
- Structured and able to handle several projects at the same time
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in Norwegian, oral and written
It is a 20% position for the period November troughout December 2020, and a 50% position for the period January to the end of April 2021.
Deadline is October 4th, however, we will screen and perform interviews consecutively.
