We are seeking a skilled Teacher's Assistant who will support our Support for Learning (SfL) teachers and work collaboratively with our staff and parents.
Required qualifications
- Excellent English language speaking and writing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent social skills
- A strong team player
- Highly organized and efficient
Desired qualifications (not required, but preferred)
- Experience at the Primary school level
- Experience with international education
- Experience with iPads
- Proficiency in Norwegian
- Experience with SfL students/programs
- Formal training in SfL-related topics

Responsibilities
Collaborate with other educators
Schedule meetings for SfL staff, teachers and parents
Conduct testing of students
Organize files and SfL materials
Do research on best practices and tools, as needed
Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff
Participate in Individual Learning Plan process
Instruct students in small groups and one-on-one
Order materials and maintain budget
