We are looking for a new member to our high performing compensation/benefit/time team. You will be handling pension contributions, company insurances and a wide range of compensation tasks as a part of your daily work. You will be working closely with both our HR team and with managers throughout the organization. For the right person, you will participate in future transitions to a new Payroll supplier.
Current job description:- Check and complete pension contributions monthly
- Close contact between employees and our insurance suppliers
- Prepare and submit files for salary updates
- Conduct salary evaluations with managers
- Manual updates in SuccessFactors/SAP
- ad hoc reports and requests

Qualifications:- Experienced SAP user
- Experience from SuccessFactors would be an advantage
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills in both English and Norwegian
- Experience from Payroll and/or handling union agreements is an advantage
You have the ability to communicate effectively and engage with colleagues and customers.
You are a team player, but also able to work independently
Accurate, effective and structured
Able to adapt to and initiate changes and improve current processes
You are comfortable with tight deadlines, and at times a high work pace
You should have good communication and collaboration skills.
Language:This position requires very good communication skills written and verbal, in both Norwegian and English
