Interface Manager
The Interface work is managed by the Interface Manager, the tasks is to secure that all needed interfaces/clarifications are identified, issued and followed-up within agreed timeframe. The Interface Manager operates our internal Interface Management Tool; LetsAgree and shall see to that the interfaces are linked to the belonging documents, drawings and parts, if applicable. The position involves comprehensive contact with other parts of the company, also globally, with subcontractors, clients and interface partners. The role as Interface Manager also require a considerable interest for- and understanding of contractual and possible commercial impact.
Accountabilities /Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining a register and log of interfaces within LetsAgree
Ensuring the development of information on interfaces according to plans
Managing all interfaces related to the clients other contractors
Following-up on contract amendments which affect interfaces to customers other contractors
Profile requirements:
MSc and/or BSc within;
- Mechanical-, Control, System Engineering
- Computer science
- Equivalent or relevant experience from our branch
Additional requirements
Good knowledge of Interface Management methods
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Ability to work systematically, independently and proactively.
Able to make decisions and push actions through the organization.
Strong communication skills, ability to build trust and credibility.
Structured with high sense of quality and on time performance
Adaptable, flexible and can handle stress
Knowledgeable in how changes may influence project execution, cost and schedule
Good understanding of processes and organization
Excellent communication and cooperation skills
The ability to work in a well-organized, systematic manner and handle multiple tasks
Ability to motivate, make things happen and enjoy new challenges.
