Administrator (12 months contract) -- Nordic-Baltic Marketing Company

We are looking for you to come and join our Nordic Administrative Team in the temporary role as Administrator .You will join a team of 9 colleagues located in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway. The team is part of the Innovation and Business excellence team and is responsible for support to local activities as well as teams and roles on a Nordic level.
This position will be placed in Oslo, Norway.
The role
In the role as Administrator, you become a part of the Nordic Admin Support team were all have a joint responsibility for the support and team delivery.
You will provide administrative services to Sales, Marketing and Medical department, for example coordinating complex meetings and off-site events, diary arrangements, and travel in line with AZ policy. The team mainly provides support on arrangements of details around Nordic and Local Sales and Marketing activities, e.g. Additional tasks include to provide support to appointed function/Specialist area Communication, collaboration, and to act as back-up for team members as appropriate.
As part of this role you participate in establishing an understanding of customer requirements to ensure that planned activities and services meet needs. You will also monitor that the outcome fulfills the initial requirements. It is in your responsibility to assure that tasks are of accurate quality and in accordance with written procedures and current legal requirements and internal standards.
In order to succeed in this role, you have:
- Relevant experience from general administrative work
- Experience working with digital solutions
- Prioritizes workload, to achieve personal and work unit targets
- Able to adapt to changing situations and to seek for improvements
- Fluent written and spoken Norwegians and English
We are looking for a team member, who enjoys working with different internal stakeholders such as field force, marketing and medical functions. This role is customer focused and a positive attitude together with good collaboration and interpersonal skills are central to succeed.
