• Preferably Verdal, Norway --- but we’re open to flexible or remote arrangements for the right candidates.

🛠️ What You'll Do For Both Roles:

Build and maintain robust web applications using Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend).

Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver seamless user experiences.

Optimize performance, debug issues, and write clean, maintainable code.

Participate in technical planning and contribute to architectural decisions.

Continuously improve our codebase and development practices.

Senior Role Additional Responsibilities:

Take technical ownership of complex projects from planning to deployment.

Architect scalable, maintainable solutions using Laravel and Vue.js.

Mentor and support fellow developers --- share knowledge, set standards.

Conduct code reviews and champion clean, efficient code.

Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into smart tech solutions.

Ensure performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

Drive continuous improvement in tools, workflows, and development culture.

🎯 What We're Looking For Shared Qualifications:

Proven experience with Laravel and Vue.js in production environments.

Strong grasp of PHP, MySQL, and modern web development principles.

Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication skills in Norwegian and English.

Degree in computer science or equivalent experience is a plus.

Senior Role Requirements:

Extensive hands-on experience with Laravel and modern PHP.

Advanced skills in Vue.js for building dynamic, reactive UIs.

Strong understanding of architecture, design patterns, and scalability.

Solid experience with cloud environments and integrations.

Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers.
