Senior Manager, Repair Operations

The main purpose of this role is to oversee and improve the repair processes and customer experience for over 500 000 Elkjøp service customers across the Nordic region, including Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. This role is situated at our Nordic HQ in Nydalen, Oslo, reporting to the Aftersales Director.

You will succeed with facilitating best-in-class customer experience by:

• Defining and implementing improvements processes related to customer and product handling related to repair and services cases.
• Working closely with Elcare Nordic to ensure that we deliver on agreed service level agreements.
• Keeping control of our routines related to repair and customer experience.
• Launching our new repair program that is currently piloted in Denmark across all the Nordic markets.

The main responsibility will be to ensure and improve our customer experience and cost efficiency related to our Elkjøp repair operations.

This role will also drive business development by identifying new opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, analyzing data and pinpoint trends and improvement areas which will ensure growth.

• A bachelor’s degree and or 5+ years of experience from relevant areas within scope of the role
• Experience working with international suppliers.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with stakeholders in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark.
• You master the majority of M365 applications.
• Living in the greater Oslo area is preferred, commuting is a possibility but presence at Nydalen office 3 days a week will be mandatory.
• You are able to travel as needed to our chain offices across the Nordic (approximately 20 days a year).
