What you’ll do

• Drive end-to-end primary plant designs for HV/EHV substations (AIS, GIS, HVDC).
• Lead and coordinate remote global engineering teams within our Global Engineering Centre.
• Develop and review 3D models, drawings, and layouts for world-class substation solutions.
• Ensure compliance with Norwegian and international standards, including FEF 2006, FSE 2006, NEK, and the needed requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Represent in client and stakeholder discussions, aligning design solutions with customer expectations.

What you bring

• Degree in Electrical/Power/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7--10 years’ experience in HV substation design (minimum 3 years strong technical experience also considered).
• Familiarity with Norwegian Transmission & Distribution operators
• Proficiency in CAD; knowledge of BIM/3D tools (Revit, Navisworks) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
