Aker Solutions has recently secured new long-term contracts on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, and the project portfolio in Bergen is rapidly expanding. We are now recruiting several new employees to strengthen our teams and prepare for future growth.
Aker Solutions Maintenance department based in Bergen consists of over 18 highly qualified Maintenance engineers. The engineers are involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front End Studies to Major Modification Projects and various Specialist Services.
We now have an opening for position as Senior Maintenance Engineer i Aker Solutions Bergen.
Responsibilities and tasks:
- Obtain relevant information and planning of maintenance work
- Evaluate maintenance documentation and communicate with PRE and equipment vendors
- Perform consequence analysis/criticality analysis, RCM analysis and FMECA
- Perform RAM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability ) analysis
- Evaluate/Perform task/manning analysis
- Knowledge of CBM ( Condition Based Maintenance)
- Develop/Update preventive maintenance (PM/CBM) programs
- Participate in project meetings and collaboration with other disciplines
- Perform Spare part evaluations
- Knowledge of turnaround and good teamwork
- Maintain input to PO packages and focus supplier documents are delivered on time
- Contributes to FEED rapport on Operation & Maintenance discipline
- Attend customer meeting
Qualifications & personal attributes:
- Higher technical education, MSc or BSc
- 3-5 years relevant experience in preventive maintenance within oil & gas
- Deep knowledge and understanding of maintenance management processes
- Good knowledge of technical barrier management and maintenance of barriers
- Knowledge of and experience with RAM analysis
- Experience from working offshore, or as part of an operation team will be considered as positive
- Good technical competence and knowledge of equipment from various disciplines
- Good cooperation skills and interest for working in teams
- The candidate must be proactive, organized and thorough
- Language Skills: Verbal and written communications skills in Norwegian and English
- Software Skills: CMMS systems -- eg. SAP PM, STID, Procosys, Classification tools -- eg. BiCycle, Kamfer, Pyramid, RAM modelling tools -- eg. Miriam RAM studio, Maros, Time
