The division Measurement & Analytics develops, produces, sells, delivers and services products and solutions to enable industrial and energy customers to operate more efficiently and profitably. The business Line Analytical within the Division covers Process and Water Analytics as well as related services.

As a Sales Support Specialist you will be responsible for all customer support processes within a designated market in accordance with our strategy. This also involves technical discussions and recommendations for solutions with the customers. You will build long term customer relationships and manage resolution to specific customer needs and issues. As an Inside Sales Support Specialist you will prepare and coordinate customer offers, orders and after-sales support activities. In this role you will cover the whole cycle from “Quote to Cash”.

Your background

• We are looking for a person with a technical/polytechnic education or Bachelor-degree preferably within automation, instrumentation, electrical or similar. Background from sales / marketing or other relevant areas may also be relevant skills that complement the requirements for the job. You may be in the early stages of your career with at least three years of Internal Sales relevant experience.
• You have good experience in Order Management tools, such as SAP, Sales Force (SFDC) and have good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• You must enjoy working in an international environment and motivated to build internal and external relationships and networks combined with a good technical experience and understanding.
