We are now looking for an HR Assistant to join our HR Operations & Analytics-team in the People, Culture & Strategy function. You will be part of securing lean and smart people processes and support tools, while shaping and adapting our function to our new organisation. You will report directly to Head of HR Operations & Analytics.
With GlobalConnect being present in both Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Germany and with employees from many nationalities, you will be working in a multi-national environment. We will make you feel welcome and be fully engaged in your successful transitioning into your new role and our company!
Our team offers our organisation an array of HR-services to ensure smooth business operations. Some of the topics we work with are assistance in onboarding processes of new employees, maintaining personnel data, administer various organizational processes and handle various requests regarding employment benefits or policies. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with the foundations of HR and learn a lot from our dedicated HR-colleagues.
Work tasks
You will help us wherever we see it necessary, but for the most part you will work with:
• Administrative tasks, e.g. onboarding, offboarding and data entries
• Ensure inquiries from our HR Service Desk are handled professionally
• Contribute in HR projects such as digitalization of archives, implementation and roll out of a new HR-system
• Facilitation to ensure that our HR colleagues can tend to the organisations needs; includes i.e. cooperation in tasks, planning team activities, booking travels and meetings
Requirements
You are currently:
• Passionate about your studies on either bachelor- or master level, preferably within HR-related subjects
• Able to combine your studies with work 2-3 days each week from our premises at Fornebu, Oslo
• Tech savy and interested in the technology as a tool to streamline processes
• Highly detailed oriented
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, knowledge of other Nordic languages is considered an advantage but no requirement
