PANDORA Nordics is looking for a driven and proactive Regional Sales Manager (RSM), who will be responsible for managing revenue and profit of a number of our Wholesale Accounts within the Norwegian and Finnish market. You will be responsible for developing, managing and coordinating new and existing Wholesales Accounts in Norway and Finland. This will be achieved through high standards of stakeholder management, training, visual merchandising and retail operations. The ideal candidate will be based in either Oslo or Helsinki area.
Responsibilities will include:
Sales
- Be responsible for developing, managing and coordinating new and existing Wholesale Accounts in Norway and Finland
- Work together with nearest manager, Sales Manager, to develop and execute efficient growth strategies to expand the market coverage in Norway and Finland
- Coach and lead new and existing accounts, to maximize sales through high standards of operational execution
- Achieve sales targets as set in cooperation with nearest manager, Sales Manager Nordics
- Achieve sales related KPIs that will be used to measure success in the area as directed by Sales Manager Nordics
Leadership
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and wholesale accounts
- Coach and collaborate with local Store Managers to ensure increasing sales results
- Be pro-active in own development by taking initiative to improve your product and jewellery knowledge, leadership and business skills
- Success in this area will be measured by a regular and efficient store visit cycle and training completions within the area
Retail Operations
- Take part in the efficient planning and execution of store openings and handovers by cooperating with support services (e.g. Retail Services, VM, Training, Marketing, Merchandising, HR, IT etc.)
- Ensure that business partners comply with policies, legal requirements and ethical standards
- Drive achievement of all agreed KPI's through regular review and action planning
- Utilize reporting systems and tools to analyze business performance and take prompt corrective action as appropriate
Stock and Visual Merchandising
- Educate store managers and staff on the importance of stock management
- Educate and show store teams how to check top sellers, new stock and basics to ensure that sales are maximized through stock management/best seller management
- Lead, coach and give feedback to shop managers or store teams to effectively execute and maintain visual merchandising standards by using VM guidelines

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills written and verbal -- English and Norwegian or Finnish
- Passion for selling and providing outstanding customer experience
- Leadership experience from e.g. Store Manager position or similar level
- Service-minded and a "can do" attitude
- Hands-on approach and ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required
- Ability to work in a systematic and methodical manner along with consistently achieving goals and deadlines
- Experienced in efficient planning and time management as well as setting clearly defined objectives and goals
- Field based role with willingness to travel up to 70%
