Hva vi ser etter

A chef with minimum 3 years' experience from a professional kitchen -- ideally within Japanese cuisine or sushi, but we're happy to hear from skilled chefs with other backgrounds too.

Above all, someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a busy kitchen and takes pride in their work.

A team player who communicates well with colleagues and contributes to a good atmosphere.

Someone who cares about quality, hygiene and consistency, and who works tidily and efficiently.

Good working proficiency in English or Norwegian.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Preparing kitchen, vegetables and seafood. Making sauces, sides and components from scratch following our recipes and quality standards.

Sushi chef: Preparing rice, fish and other ingredients, and making nigiri, maki, sashimi and our signature rolls with precision and consistency.

Hot kitchen chef: Cooking and plating warm dishes, managing your station during service and ensuring everything goes out at the right time and temperature.

Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, following HACCP routines and keeping your workstation clean and organised.

Receiving and storing deliveries, checking quality and freshness, and helping minimise waste.

Working closely with the rest of the team during busy service, and contributing to a positive and professional atmosphere in the kitchen.
