You will be part of our Development and Operations Department team, which currently comprises of 11 staff members. The primary function of this role is to ensure technical and operational follow-up of non-operated licenses in accordance with PUN's management systems and work processes for production systems downstream of the x-mas tree. In the longer term, the selected candidate will be evaluated to become Operation Manager of possible future PGNiG operated production. Duties and responsibilities
- Generate business results in assigned partner operated assets and licenses in the production phase
- Represent PGNiG in Technical, Advisory and Management Committees for non-operated production and development licenses
- Influence Asset Work Plan and Budgets for assigned fields and align them internally
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners
- Provide input to licensing rounds and assist in asset evaluations
- Participate or lead in data room evaluations and due diligence processes
- Assist HSEQ Manager in ensuring PGNiG's management system is updated
- Comply with all applicable health and safety laws and standards
- Keep PUN's Risk Assessment Matrix updated for licenses in accordance with PUN processes
- Lead or participate in technical audits as appropriate, including offshore and fabrication site visits
Qualifications
Relevant M.SC
Personal qualities
- In particular we are looking for candidates who can clearly document in their application a minimum of 12 years experience within the following areas:
- production engineering
- operational, asset and well integrity on fields in operation
- operations- and production management
- development and operations of subsea-tie-back assets, including pre-commissioning and commissioning handover and acceptance procedures
- QHSE, particularly on process safety and operational safety
- Leadership and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Norwegian and /or Polish language skills will be advantageous
