Main tasks
- Provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution
- Deliver, tag, set up, and assist in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware and software
- Diagnose and resolve end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems, e-mail, Internet, VPN, and local-area network access problems
- Help install local area network cabling systems and equipment such as network interface cards, hubs, and switches
- Assist network Administrators in creating materials for end-user frequently asked questions (FAQs) and user guides
- Coordinating timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements
- Perform minor desktop hardware repair for PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements
Qualifications:
- You have a certificate of apprenticeship in IKT or a bachelor’s degree from College/University.
- You are self-motivated and adaptive
- You are service-focused and result oriented
- You are detail-oriented and organized
- You believe in continuous improvement and self-development
- You are a person who enjoy challenges and do whatever needed to make it work
- You recognize boundaries and have the courage to act honestly and responsibly
- You are fluent in English and Norwegian both spoken and written.
- You have a driver license class B
