GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Office Administrator is carrying out daily company administration, supports HR and project related activities.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Office Administrator tasks involve the following:

- Arrange and follow up work contracts with our employees
- Establish and keep updated employee records and folders
- Support employees regards to work related formalities i.e. tax cards, D numbers, payment questions etc.
- Communication with authorities related to our employees
- Registration of employees in our accounting/salary system
- Support familiarization sessions
- Monitor and ensure that timesheets, records are sufficient and correct
- Using the accounting system in close dialogue with Technical & Systems Director and Company Accountant
- Dialogue with employees regards to administration, salary, and payments issues
- Union secretary, registration of new employees in union
- Contact with client as applicable
- Follow up and communicate with employees at site
- Follow up and ensure correct invoicing and payments from client
- Order, follow up goods received and ensure payments of suppliers
- Establish and follow up agreements with suppliers, contact with suppliers. In cooperation with project coordinator.
- Apply and further develop company internal process-based systems improving efficiency and services to client
- Supporting and controlling salary payments in close dialogue with Technical & Systems Director and company accountant
- Registration and follow up of insurances
- Receiving and administration of company mail and web page
- Supporting company marketing, advertisements, and branding
- Support Project Director with project related activities
- Support HR duties including dialogue with NAV
Administration duties will be carried out in cooperation with Managing Director and Technical & Systems Director
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Formal Financial, Logistic or technical education at Bachelor or Master level. Practical experience may compensate for formal education.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Advanced communication skills in Norwegian, English and Polish, both oral and written
MS Office, Oil&Gas or Industry market base knowledge
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Driving license, good communication skills, open minded,
