Robotics Navigation Software Developer
Calling experienced software robot operating system developers. Can you work with a small dynamic international team in an English speaking environment at an early stage, growing underwater UAV company that's building a unique robotic fish / data product? Candidate must be a self-starter, a great problem-solver, out of box thinker and team player. You must have direct experience working with SPIN, ROS with extensive Python coding experience. Curious, positive, excited, humorous are all a plus.
Direct experience working with SPIN, ROS (Jade Turtle), Python, C/C++ coding. Some understanding of linking to nodejs with mysql
You will be writing navigation code for our robotic fish product. Marine / Oceanographic experience ideally.
Must be able to work with a small team, self-manage, handle chaos and deliver.
In office work in Drammen, no remote allowed, travel for installation periods.
MUST be able to communicate in English the good, bad & ugly while creating what others deem the impossible. Cowards need not apply.
