Temporary position - asap startWe are looking for a Finace manager to our costumer in Sarpsborg.
The Finance Manager (FM) will report to the Company's Nordic CEO and be a part of the Norwegian entity's Management Group. The Finance department, which report directly to FM, consists of one Accounting Manager, one Controller, two accountants and two IT-resources.
The Finance Manager will have the overall responsibility for all financial matters in the Company. He or she must be able to work independently on a wide range of responsibility areas.

Job Description:
The FM will in force of good communication and coaching skills be able to improve and build a strong financial team with a positive and good spirit. He/she will also succeed creating a transparent and competent financial environment, with a team that works together, support each other, and always looks for ways to do things more effective and lean.
The FM must also be able to set/improve and manage the company's financial processes and routines.
The FM will have the responsibility for the reporting and budgeting process, and secure a strong performance management and good corporate governance. With an analytical capacity, the FM will be able to support the owners and management with good analyses and decision information that will help the Company achieving the strategic goals.
The FM will be a trusted advisor to the CEO and other executives and key stakeholders, and emerge as a real Business Partner with a good overall business understanding, commercial skills and proactive attitude.
Key tasks:
- Responsible for timely periodic reporting to management and owners
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Improve and build good routines and processes in the finance function
- Advisor and responsible for the accounting and audit process.
- Ensure compliance with local GAP, statutory requirements and group accounting policies
- Business and financial modelling. Support the owners and Nordic management team with accurate and credible decision information, based upon good business understanding
- Risk identification and control
- Ad hoc analyses
Ønskede kvalifikasjoner
Qualifications:
- Master of economics/finance/science
- Good accounting understanding
- Strong technical understanding, preferably with SAP or similar systems
- Experience as a CFO/Finance Manager. Experience from production environments considered as a plus
- Experience with business modelling and analytical tools
- Broad experience with reporting, budgeting and accounting
- Good management experience
- Fluent English and Norwegian, both written and oral
