Are you an experienced document controller?
Responsibilities:
- Be an integrated part of the tender team as responsible for document management.
- Create and maintain the tender document lists (structures) as well as other product related information in Teamcenter, which is used as internal information management system.
- Follow-up status on workflows for documentation, both for internal and external documentation.
- Ensure that the document handling processes towards clients, subcontractors and suppliers are compliant and in line with obligations and requirements.
- Provide expert contribution for tenders: identity and clarify information handling requirements for future execution projects.
- Support the tender manager in the start-up of a tender project and during execution by setting up all product and bid related information in an appropriate way.
- Be an active contributor in the document control discipline by contributing to the feedback loop from execution to tender.
- Work independently and seek relevant information from others to perform own tasks.
Professional qualifications:
- Relevant bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience as document controller in execution or tender work
- Able to deliver on short deadlines and make fast turnarounds
- Advanced knowledge of Teamcenter or similar PLM systems and Office applications
- Knowledge of dependencies between engineering, procurement, planning, cost, fabrication, installation and completion
- Willing to travel to tender key stakeholders (Halden etc.) on a frequent basis
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
