Partner Marketing Manager (PCMM)
We are looking for a candidate that takes ownership of executing projects – to be quick with judgements and decisions, that needs to have the ability to use good judgement around data and interrupt it correctly. And last but not least need to understand financial process and to understand the bigger picture – spend more time to understand and to ensure that the process is compliant.
The person will be responsible for:
20% plan the yearly training program based on given budget and market demand
30% execute the quarterly plan ; meaning plan and execute each training course in our office in Oslo
20% connect and manage stakeholders list Internally and externally - these people have roles that are required to plan the trainings and execute them
30% follow internal processes regarding using budget, order trainers, rooms, equipment or food for the training and report on the results of the plan
Level of previous experience or suitable background: Project Management as this plan is combined of small projects (different trainings) At least two previous working place or two years’ experience in the job market Event Management is a plus, as each training can be considered as one event working with multiple stakeholders and budget - a big plus soft skills; structured and organized! Understand numbers great human skills open and inclusive
A typical day includes:
Participate in Community rhythm of business – weekly community call, monthly 1:1 with manager, quarterly plan review process.
Regular meetings with local Build-with, technical teams and Product Marketing Managers as needed to discuss readiness plan, training content, schedule and registrations.
Organize trainings in the plan - Book locations, trainers and catering for each event.
Manage budget on a daily basis ensuring spending according to seasonality.
Source trainers for different topic areas.
Travel internationally maybe once in the half fiscal.
Top three must have skills:
Program management ownership with the ability to own and run multiple projects at the same time with close attention to detail.
Possess excellent collaboration and teamwork skills and is a confident Communicator across all levels of hierarchy. Stakeholder management essential.
Extremely structured – ability to process a lot of info points regard financial details compliantly and to perfection.
The candidates we are looking for are fluent in English and in Norwegian. The temp position as PCMM has an end date, the 30th of June 2020 but with an option to extend. The position is going to be based at our clients’ office in Oslo.
