BPM Engineer

We want to enable the business to configure and implement automated and streamline business processes to enable onboarding larger volume of product data in the needed high quality to be used in our new Next generation retail solution.
We are looking for you who know how to build and optimize workflow solutions and with the understanding of how to utilize workflows to gain business benefits.
Your primary responsibilities will be to
- Responsible for the Informatica BPM (Active VOS) development framework.
- Responsible for all development task performed on the Informatica BPM (Active VOS) by both internal and external resources.
- Responsible for gathering Business requirements working together with process owners and development owner for the article onboarding and maintenance processes in the business.
- Performing implementation and configuration task of workflows
- Performing optimizing of end-to-end process for article creation and maintenance processes in collaboration with development owner of Informatica Product 360 System
- Collaborate with the ITDS Integration team to optimizing and implementing high quality solutions.
- Collaborate with the ITDS Development team to optimizing and implementing high quality solutions.
- Responsible for debugging technical issues inside Informatica BPM (Active VOS) platform
- Support the operational team in implementation and troubleshooting of services and workflow
Personal skills and experiences to succeed in the role
- You have experience with establishing, integrating, and managing complex workflow solutions
- You have experience with workflow platforms like Informatica Active VOS
- You have experience from participating in large IT projects.
- You have very well written and spoken command of English and a Scandinavian language
- You have experience from the Retail industry
- You are familiar with REST, XML, java or other development languages
- You have coordination and management skills
- You display a high level of autonomy, ability to take initiative and make decisions
- You have the ability to comprehend, assess, delegate, and implement workflow services based on business architecture and designs.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical terminology to less-technical users.
- You appreciate working with others and contribute to the team through cooperation and a positive attitude
- You are open-minded, flexible, and inquiring. You like to have an independent position and give new approaches a try instead of adhering to conventional issues
- You attach importance to own professional competence and keep knowledge and abilities up to date within your own field of activity
Current environment
Electronics retailing is a fast-paced business, so our IT-architecture needs to reflect that. We have in the last 3 years:
- Upgraded our 200+ Microservices from Azure Web Apps to Kubernetes
- Moved SAP ERP and related systems to Azure
- Developed new modern Front End for Sales Staff and are about to launch our SPA based Online site to our B2C customers
- Started a Datacenter transformation with the goal to be fully Cloud by end of 2021
- Reimplemented Informatica Product 360 (10.1) using an event-based integration architecture.
