Key Account Manager
We are searching for a new collegue to strengthen our key account - team in Norway. Youre tasks will be to approach selected large prospects, develop, optimize and renew new and existing Large Clients of all segments. Building relationships via calls, visits and generating key account leads. You have full responsibility for the lead conversion of key accounts from the preparation of meetings to finalizing of contracts -- e.g.:
Prospect of New Clients
- Prepare visits and proposals, with the support of Lead Generation and the support and guidelines of Sales Back Office and Bid Center.
- Conduct visits to identify Client needs and design a solution. Propose, negotiate & win contribution margin-oriented based on value arguments, frame agreements and defined guidelines
100% Retention of profitable Clients
- Prepare, conduct and negotiate renewal/optimization proposals
- Secure Client satisfaction as base for renewal
Development of existing Clients
- Optimize turnover & profit contribution
- Conduct performance reviews (with the support of Sales Back-Office)
- Identify optimization potential, and drive strategy for events and performance actions with the Clients
- Push Frame Agreement subsidiaries as Leads to Sales Team
Who are you?
As a person you are very outgoing and open-minded, you are highly committed and goal- and performance oriented. Our ideal candidates have:
· Minimum 3 years of experience and proven track record in B2B field sales / KAM, e.g. industrial products and services, wholesale
· Experience in tender processes and the management of complex buying centers
· Exceptional solution selling skills
· Strong stakeholder & relationship-building skills
· Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills

In Norway we are over 140 employees across 16 different offices with headquarters in Oslo. This position will be situated in Oslo. We are growing and therefore now have an open Key Account Manager position. In the position as a KAM you are reporting to the Director Of Large Accounts.
