Operational Manager / 100%
We are looking for a motivated, highly independent, efficient and responsible person to join our management team as the Operation Manager with a medium to long-term perspective in the retail/ service industry.
Our company is fast-growing - with currently around 120 employees and an one of our pillars is a successfull retail business in high-footfall locations.
You would be joining a small, fun and very agile management team of 6 people with backgrounds in economis, business administration, human ressource management and law.
In your position, you are co-responsible for shop operations, logistics, checklists, quality management and contact + follow-ups with service partners. The working times are highly flexible and independent with some of the work that can be done from home (or any coffee shop for that matter).
The start is flexible - if we find the right candidate, we'll make it work! :-)
The ideal candicate has 5-10 year experience in the service/ retail sector including being in charge operations in businesses with more than 50 employees and/or 15 staff/ shop.
You need to be confident to handle sensitive information, be sure in handling difficult conversations in a confident manner (including knowledge of the relevant laws and procedures). Our ideal new colleague is not only highly independent but also willing to take occasional (+ manageble :-)) risks where necessary.
